Once you walk into the tiled entry, which carries on throughout the den and kitchen, you will know you are on vacation.  The main floor has a large living room/dining area that faces the ocean and has a glass slider to a full length ocean front deck. 

There is a gas fireplace with remote starter, LCD TV, DVD and stereo system.  The dinning table will seat up to eight comfortably and the two leather chairs in front of the fireplace is the perfect place to relax and take in the views.  The kitchen has been remodeled with new stainless appliances, gas range, side by side refrigerator and is fully equipped with everything you will need for a long weekend or month long stay. 

Off the kitchen is a full bath with walk in shower, a laundry area on the way to the two car attached garage, and a cozy reading room between the kitchen and the entry area.  This has a TV and DVD player and a twin size sleeper for that extra guest.  Upstairs you will find two master suites with king beds, ocean views, TV's, and full baths with walk in showers. 

The third bedroom on this level has three twin beds and is just across the hall from the main bath with double sinks and full tub and shower combination.  Outside there is a large deck running the full width of the home, a nicely landscaped side yard and a wind protected courtyard on the street side of the home.  There is close beach access right down the street that has a very easy path that leads to the ocean.  You will be right in the middle of seven miles of walkable sandy beach.
